WHY WORK WITH US
Our Founder & Coaching Director, Gabriella Goddard, has over 20 years of experience as an Executive Coach and Leadership Development expert with a specialism in leading and coaching innovation with studies from IDEO and Stanford. She has worked with a wide range of companies both in the UK and abroad, including UK Space Agency Accelerators, RAL Space and Airbus.
Gabriella is an alumni of the International Space University and an active member of Women in Aerospace Europe. In 2022, she completed the UK Space Agency’s LEO Accelerator and is now a Mentor for the UK Space Agency’s Accelerator programs. She is also a Mentor for UNOOSA’s Space4Women program and an instructor for Space Foundation University.
Prior to becoming an Executive Coach, Gabriella worked in senior marketing roles in the terrestrial telecom sector spanning US, Mexico, LATAM, UK, France, and Germany.
Gabriella is originally from New Zealand and is now based in London, UK. She regularly writes innovation leadership articles for Forbes.
