what do I do if I get this message “In-App purchase not allowed?”
If you get this message while trying to purchase extra packs, you need to activate In-App purchases in your iOS Settings.
Go to the Settings app in your iOS device and select General.
Tap on the Restrictions option and enable In-App Purchases by turning the slider to green.
Then come back to the brainsparker app and you should be able to make your purchase.
If you still get the “In-App purchase not allowed message” go back and turn Restrictions to Off and then make your purchase in brainsparker.
how do I turn the sound on/off?
Turning the sound on or off is easy.
Go to the main menu and select settings & support.
At the top of the screen you’ll see the option for sound effects:
– tick to turn sound ON – untick to turn sound OFF.
how do I get my In-App packs on all my iOS devices?
If you’ve purchased packs via in-App purchases on your iPhone, and want to use them with brainsparker on your iPad (or vice versa) you do not have to pay again.
Just follow this simple restore process.
Download brainsparker on your new device from the App Store.
Go to the main menu and select my collections.
Scroll down to the bottom until you see the option to restore and tap on the free button. Any in-App packs that you have already purchased will automatically move into your collections.
