The award celebrates Gabriella’s pioneering work at the intersection of leadership, creativity, and AI, from coaching senior executives and founders around the world to developing the Brainsparker app, which has inspired more than 550,000 users worldwide through creative thinking tools, microlearning, and Coach Sparkalino™, the world’s first AI Creativity Coach.

For over 20 years, Gabriella has coached thousands of leaders across aerospace, healthcare, financial services, technology, media, and FMCG, helping organizations build stronger leadership, drive innovation, and develop the creative thinking needed to solve increasingly complex challenges.

More recently, her work has focused on preparing leaders for the AI era. Rather than seeing AI as a replacement for human capabilities, Gabriella believes it creates an unprecedented opportunity to elevate human capabilities.
