I found the empathy interview skills from the first section of the module useful, not so much for developing a product, as that’s not my field, but for a storytelling project I am about to embark on in my day job. I need a lot more practise in this as I tend towards asking closed ended questions and conversations kind of petering out without me getting any helpful information, which is frustrating for me and the person I’m talking to.

I think “how might we” questions can be useful in many situations, again, not just in creating a product or service in a business sense, but in problem solving more broadly. It’s something I need to keep at the front of my mind in my current work.
