I like the idea of looking at things from a different perspective. to my mind, it follows logically from walking the journey, getting into your customers’ shoes, but in a more extreme way.

I found the analogies idea interesting too. I’m not sure how I’d apply it to my work but it’s an interesting concept.

Yes, I really like the analogies too, and use them a lot in my coaching sessions. They’re great for getting people to see the same problem but from a completely different point of view.
