What's Actually Happening In Your Team?
Some people are experimenting every day. Some are barely using AI at all.
They’re trying different tools. Building different habits. Spotting different opportunities.
And probably running into different questions and concerns along the way.
But how much of that are you actually talking about as a team?
When AI adoption happens individually and invisibly, leaders can end up with a blind spot.
What Could You Be Missing?
AI can save time, create efficiencies, and free people up for higher-value work.
But if you can’t see how your team is using it, how do you know what’s working and what isn’t?
Some are confident. Some are stuck. Others are experimenting anyway.
There’s activity. But not necessarily direction.
It’s a bit like white-water rafting.
The water’s moving fast. Everyone’s paddling. But if people are pulling in different directions, you’re not going to get very far together.
What Does Your Team Need From You?
Not all the answers. And you definitely don’t need to be the AI expert in the room.
You need to ask the right questions.
→ What are people already doing
→ What’s working?
→ Where are they getting stuck?
→ Where could AI add value?
Before you can decide where to go next, you need to understand where your team is now.
And that starts with talking to them about it.
So Where Do You Start?
With a conversation.
Not another AI tool. Not another training course.
And not by trying to figure it all out on your own.
The FREE AI Leadership Starter Pack gives you a simple, practical way to get your team talking about how they’re already using AI and what that means for the way you work together.
