Gabriella Goddard, Coaching Director at Brainsparker Academy, created the AI Catalyst Leader™ methodology to give non-technical leaders the practical tools, strategic clarity, and leadership confidence they need to drive AI adoption from the front.
She has over 20 years of leadership development experience working with organizations including STERIS, Sanofi, L’Oréal, Southern Co, and UK Space Agency Accelerator.
Gabriella has completed the AI Fluency For Leaders program from Tesseract Academy, and personally trains Brainsparker’s AI Coach Sparklino. She is also building AI workflows at the core of all Brainsparker’s business operations.
