Our mission at brainsparker is to ignite the creativity of over 1 million people across the globe so they can spark brilliant ideas at work, in life, and with their creative projects. We coach and train people to develop the mindset, skills, and techniques they need to think creatively and be more innovative through our card decks, coaching kits, courses, and creativity app.

Brainsparker was founded in 2013 by Gabriella Goddard, a top Executive Coach and Published Author with 20+ years of international experience specializing in creative thinking and innovation with professional studies from Stanford, IDEO, and Harvard Business School.

Based in London, UK, our awesome multi-talented team is located all around the world and we’re proud winners of the 2023 Globee Silver Award for Women in Business (Micro-business), 2023 Greater London’s Business Women of the Year, and the 2016 iLab Global Impact Award.

We’re members of the International Coach Federation, Forbes Coaches Council, and Mentors for UK Space Agency Accelerators.
